To become a certified carrier, you must:

Provide your MC/MX# or DOT# to begin registration.
Intrastate carriers without a DOT# may provide an applicable state registration number.

Canadian Transporters — MC/MX# and DOT# is not required.
You will be able to enter your CVOR, NIR, or NSC as applicable.
- Supply your company contact information.

Submit an electronic W9 (have your TaxID available).

Canadian Transporters — you will be able to submit the W8BEN form.
- Complete the Carrier Profile.
- Read and ACCEPT the Agreement(s).

Provide a Certificate of Insurance that meets the insurance minimum requirements below.
Certificates must be submitted from your insurance producer (agent)
- $100,000 Cargo Coverage
- $1,000,000 Auto Coverage

Scheduled Autos — if your Certificate of Insurance includes Scheduled Autos
for your Auto Liability, you must also provide the ACORD Form or the needed
scheduled vehicle(s) details must be included in the Additional Remarks or
in the Description of Operations section of the form.

If RMIS does not already have a copy of your certificate on file,
we will request one for you from your insurance agent (producer).

You will be required to meet the following requirements:
- Active Common or Contract Authority.
- Safety Rating must be Satisfactory, or None.
- Authority active for at least 365 days.

After completing the RMIS sign up successfully
— RunBuggy's Compliance Team will be following up with you
in 1 to 2 business days to continue the onboarding process.
Please expect to also complete the following steps:

Complete a Verification Call with the RunBuggy Transporter Compliance team.

Once completed, we will create your RunBuggy Account and send you an email
with a link to access it via our Mobile App or Desktop.

Complete the RunBuggy onboarding steps and meet the requirements listed
on our website under the Hauler tab and
New Sign Up Requirements.

Upload all required onboarding documents into your account and complete
the payment method.

Complete a Background Check for the Owner of the Transporter Company and Driver.
